CrossFit is as essential as washing your hair every day, and eating your meals. I do use whoop to give me a snapshot of my sleep and my resting heart rate. Every time I'd see a stairs, I think it was Neil Armstrong,. the astronaut that always used to do that was a great habit. And at this age to have a resting heart rate that's staying right there, I know that I'm keeping myself in the best shape that I can. Yeah. We're, we're glad to have you.
