The Inflection Point in China's History

In the early 2000s, when Hu Zhen Tao was in charge, China started to move away from privatization and reform our policies. And that happened under who, like she wasn't a general secretary until five years later. So I think like we should really be considering the party and, you know, the class behind the party and how that's reflected.
