Is There a Role of Drug Criminalization?

When considering crime rates relating to race, shouldn't we keep two things in mind? One, for example, it's not objective to use these statistics because there might be a reason to think that the bias itself may influence the results. And the second thing would be if even having done that, like there's still a crime disparity. What role does drug criminalization play since it's very well a source of all of these crimes or most of them? And isn't that an injustice that's ultimately the source of this crime disparity? All right. I think we'll take that. Thanks.
