Is a VV ECMO Referral a Good Idea?

The EOLIA criteria is some that a lot of people reference. It's either an oxygenation or a respiratory ventilatory failure. I don't see the severe asthma that would get me a VV ECMO referral very much anymore, if at all. What about you folks down in Emory? Sadly, we are. But unfortunately, we still see them occasionally. The great thing about those and we can get to that in the post is they do really well.
