How to Minimize a High Glucose Spike
Every time a muscle contracts, it needs energy to do so. And the easiest place that your muscles are going to find this necessary energy is in glucose in your bloodstream. So one of my hacks is after every meal, use your muscles for 10 minutes. Your muscles will soak up glucose that is landing in your bloodstream and as a result you'll see a smaller spike overall.
