Using Nural Networks for the Human Brain?

Google is putting money towards research and development on e stuff, including hiring another guy named jeff hinton who specializes in nural networks. So they're looking at using nural networks for lots of stuff, not just to simulate a, a human brain. And also, i mean, if you think about it, just figuring out some of the efficiencies that the human brain is evolved to include could help tremendously.
