The Difference Between Contributor and Impact Player
A contributor is someone, it's not a low performer. It's someone who's doing a fine job. An impact player is someone who isn't just doing a solid job but delivering work of inordinate value and really making a difference. Liz: I see it as the fundamentally the difference between a position holder in an organization and a difference maker. These impact players come from all levels and all positions and all functions and they're these type of leaders who just act like leaders.
