The Importance of Comfort in Running

I think that over time people get set in their ways as it relates to their daily behaviors. I would say that for this athlete, give it a try on a long run that has a hurt and choose that you're comfortable with. And just see how you feel at the end. The amount that my body felt less beat up at the end of a 20-mileer was wild. Like, absolutely insane. But I do think that that type of pattern repeats itself a lot.
