The Importance of Gradually Adapting to Endurance

I like to always say this isn't a question of if you're capable or if you're going to do said adventure said event it's only a question of when. The gradually also allows you to sort of figure out your deeper why of why you're doing this And that has to grow as well. These gradual miles to build the cartilage the ligaments the muscle the fascia the structure their durability all that It's hard and it trusts me after 25 years of coaching endurance athletes. I'm familiar with it I have the tools I've worked on the muscle to work with this Yeah, and don't get me wrong. There's so many similarities between how you show up in your training
