A team that is observed to work well should be kept together. Over over 75 % of airline accidents happen the first a crew is flying together. Once teams have more than four years of shared experience, there are odds of winning go down. You don't want bureaucracies run by marine corgays - they're like superorganized and in a hurry. And so i'd worry about saying, hey, we've got a really successful team. Let just go let them, know, be great, until the they sucke.
