Stress is one of the biggest things that contributes to digestive symptoms. One thing I see often with women is these big gaps, these days where they're eating eight or 900 calories and then all of a sudden they're having these big binges because they're so hungry. And if we give them more calories, we're scared to add in calories. But if we can add in more calories and be more consistent with energy levels and how we're feeling... All of a sudden you have less stress or guts functioning better. It's about adding in to feel good.
