He does 25 hours a week of exclusively threshold training. Then he goes back into an erabic base, so he never goes into a hi ntinsity fate,. He gets on the ice and he does someate neasy witthe rithold. And it's every day of that for ten weeks. I mean, it's unbelievable that he does that a that's from the beginning of august. So you can use that above critical power or critical speed very sparingly. Doesn't seem to compromise performance. But you don't have to spend 20 % of your training week at race pace. That's the point.
