What Needs to Be Different When You're Done?

Some people believe that going into a meeting with an agenda is the way to fix it. He calls those "treadmill verbs" or worse nouns what fill our agendas. What specifically are you asking them to achieve? Those are, that's what fills our meetings. And then we wonder why at the end of the meeting, nothing got accomplished.
