How to Negotiate Termination Provisions
Is everything negotiable or just that? I know salary might be something. But what about other stuff? You can negotiate termination provisions, non-compete clauses and PTO. So for example, if you had a non compete in their clause in there that said, you know, you can't work at a competing practice within a 20 mile radius for three years after you believe your employment with us, you can come back and negotiate that.
