The East Meets the West in Yoga

California was sort of this kind of meeting ground between these two movements. They saw Western therapeutic traditions you talked about scientists dialoguing with people kind of Western orientated to physicists and things but therapy very much a Western tradition. Then that meeting the meditation and the martial arts and how those things came together I feel like there's only just coming to maturity in the wider world it's kind of meeting of East versus West.
