There are only a handful of people in Australia who have the CBA credential. It has given you credibility, both within your organisation and within the sector. I've been invited by various volunteer resource centers to come and present to their staff or to organisations who recognise my expertise. The depth of my knowledge has increased because I'm able to connect with people who have very diverse areas of expertise which has been amazing for my professional development.
