I'm a Carnivore, Right?
i've become very, i'm almost carnivore ime. They call this the abundance diet, actually. I do a raw milk smoothy with blueberries and some a college and protein powders. But i always have like, frozen liver bites in my freezer. And tha i dois just buy liver, i soak it in buttermilk or kefer for a day,. Then rinse it, blend it in the neutri bullet, pour it in little moulds. So that's what goes in my smoothy, with the with the liver and the collostrum. The only thing i'm hearing that you could consider at again would be a litle bit of organ meats -
