The Role of Management in Coaching
I think that there is no one size fits all but there's a lot of rigor in the approach. We have subject matter expertise on our revenue ops team. I'm an enabler. What does that mean part of it is that you can help coach because you know who they are talking to you struggle with the things that they are talking about. It's really, really great as a conversations that we have with customers like we have internal folks that feel empathy and have the same struggles challenges or have before what what not in prior lives. And then the third thing you mentioned was incorporating it into coaching so the follow up thing I had there that feels like it really like completes the loop
