The Big Guns of Gerald Bull

Gerald Bull was a professor at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He worked on high altitude research projects to study the ballistics of re entry and then watching those projectiles fall back to earth. The project involved shooting large guns into space so that they could observe what happens when these things land. After he quit his professorship for being too busy working on big guns, bull became an outspoken critic of government red tape.
