The coroner said it doesn't matter if he has a bolt action firearm, because the police took so long to respond that he had lengthy, lengthy periods. I would disagree that that's the point. When you look at Uvaldi, Uvaldi is another of these examples where had the police followed what should be the response, and in fact is supposed to be the official response, they would have saved a ton of lives. But instead, they sat and waited.
