Mandela: I think for those of us who don't identify as black, including myself, part of this as also about having self consciousness. For me, for example, when i walk into the hospital,. i am expected to be there, right? Am, an indian person whois over representadiv medicines. And so that is an unarned privilege that sort of propels my career forward. Mandel says we need to recognize and understand our personal and structural racism.
