Marlene: People often neglect the process because they're so focused on the product. These are people who are sacrificing time with their spouses and kids and families to be a part of the ministry. Don't forget that, whether you have the title or the position or not. It doesn't really matter what mode is,. Whether it's worship, whether it's serving in a sound booth,Whether it's greeting,whether it's making a copy, whatever that is, but it's about the presence of God and his people.
