Is There a Better Way to Go About It Than AI?
Mark O'Mara: I think there's like two kinds of bad here being discussed, right? There's one kind of bad which is responsible AI or AI alignment and ethics. And then a ladder which is AI taking over and dooming us all to an Arnold Schwarzenegger future. He says in the 90s consumer internet companies had virtually no concern about trust and safety. Now they're much more socially-tinged and it just swamps earlier stuff by a thousand times.
