How Do You Get in Your Own Way?
Think can trigger emotions, which can trigger unitis contraction or expansion. So eventually t becomes automatic. Like if i smell a perfume, i dont i'm not even aware of the thought because i didn't have a thought. I went straight to the contraction. If i had to pick one, i would say te physical sensations. And then what, why? How do you get in your way? like, as a man, is it you've been on the path for a long time? You've been working to have insight and wisdom through great awareness, by staying curious.
