The airbus quick reference handbook states, in flight, as a general rule, the crew must restrict puter resets to those listed in the table or to those inapplicable operation engineering bulletins. The investigation considered this statement can be interpreted that only the computer circuit breakers listed in operation engineering bulltons were allowed to be reset in flight. However, other statements allow circuit breakers to be pulled, as long as the pilot is aware of the consequences.
