We're learning that actually a lot of people do want to know why. And so just by asking people, not even giving them the consequence, you get a pretty surprisingly good percentage of people were willing to do that. Eventually, that would have the fatigue and then they stop caring. So that's why the consequences are important and not just important necessary for the system to really function at scale and for the long term.
