The Importance of Community in Conservatism

I believe the number one social problem in America is the epidemic of fatherlessness. 70% of black kids enter the world without a father in the home, married to the mother. If you raised up the dad your five times, more likely to be poor and commit crime. The biggest problem with sort of a narrative that you're explaining now is that the victims of all of this are the community that they care about.
