The Importance of Scalability in Law Firms
Law firms in law departments can and do figure it out. When the issue is big enough from a risk perspective or cost perspective people sit down in a room to think about what just success looks like how are we going to equate that to value. And there's a very clear mission and understanding of what it is we're trying to solve for. It's really though when the matters and issues aren't so big that I can't get everyone's attention focused on it that it becomes a question of scalability and repeatability.
