Command Sav - The Name of the Parsha
The word sav means command. It's not like an instruction is not to go tell aaron and his sons. There is a commandment. And rashi picks up on that nuance that the tor uses a littl bu more of a strong word, go command them ad rashi quotes from our sages. They are trying to dicate themselves, just like they would do ath, the sacrifice, via their prayer.
