Are Urban Farms Better at Cycling Nutrients?
Most of these farms do start on marginal urban land right so when we think about the areas that are, you know, most devalued in the urban land cycle. Those vacant lots that have tires thrown on them or they're covered in weeds is typically where urban agriculture starts to shine. Almost all of these sites are are composting to some extent on the property but it's going to take a few years to probably get things up and running.
