Are You a Trainee?

There's no reason you can't publish in a private practice, though that may be more expectedn in an academic job. What about if you're working with residents or trainees? You guess we'ree recently, trainees. What do you think is a key to keep in mind there? And then knowing your training as best as you can through time will also help you.
