Is There Something Off There?
I think i don't write off my reactions as much. I try now to listen to my body more than before. If i'm crying, that is a very obvious message that there's something happening right. And sometimes it could just be pure tears of joy. But if i'm not feeling that like in my heart, then that's something to hold space for and allow for it to exist. That makes feel more hopeful than being stuck in the sad feelings at least.
