Schosier: One of the common themes with many other people we've had on this Schosier portfolio is looking for different sources of return. I wanted to go on the on the private startup side, you had mentioned the blueberry farm and some of these other interesting businesses. Can you just flush out a little bit more how you go about looking at private deals?
