The Importance of Focusing on One Thing
For years bala was just focused on ankle weights. It wasn't until later where they developed more products, like the bar and the block and the mat that this is all brand new. I think that's an excellent example of simplifying and becoming so successful. If you're the cheesecake factory of offers with forty thousand menu options, it can be really confusing. And honestly, it's going to be challenging to manage.
