TTP Relapse and Anti-Cd-20 Therapy
Study reviewed 795 patients included in the United Kingdom TTP Registry between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2017. Relapses were treated with plasma exchange until platelet counts reached greater than 150 times 10 to the ninth per liter. More than 50% of patients received anti-CD-20 therapies, primarily Rituximab.
