Tolkien and Narnia
Laura: I wanted to write a book that was mostly about all of the other things and so I do discuss Tolkien but I discuss what his objections to Narnia were. He did not discuss it that much compared to how he discussed his other work and Tolkien barely discussed Narnia at all. It's interesting just just recently just a week ago there's published his a literative fragments of his literary poem The Fall of Arthur. In that unfinished poem he actually brings in elements from the later French medieval tradition of Arthur There's Lancelot in that poem and treated actually in a fairly complex way. We can't pigeonhole Tolkien quite quite so easily in that in that sense I found that fascinating
