The Problem Isn't the Tool, It's How You Use It

i put the email aps in a folder so they're not on my home screen. I don't really think about them unless i need them, and i'm good. Even when i'm sending emils, i still do a lot of it through draughts,. So if i have those on on my device, i'm going tobe using them. And o just removing temptation is something that i had to do. But we got other fee back from soto an, which kind of illustrated the point that sometimes it's not the tool that's the problem, it's how you use it.
