Home Price Gains After Inflation

i looked at the real home price gains that's after inflation. The gain from 20 his date only goes through, like the spring of this year. That gain in two years in change is a bigger gain than all but two decades since the 19 thirties. So what do we think is responsible for that? Covet people moving out of the cities. I don't knowof any other way to explain it.
