We are optimists in all the wrong places, thinking that we'll have plenty of time to do something. When you have ADHD, you can count on the fact that things will take you longer than you anticipate. The other thing that I find so interesting is that there are sometimes there's information that is locked in our brain and only at that very last moment is it release from our brain. There are things that we can actually intentionally procrastinate on.
