Innovation and the Athlete
Any project I've worked on in any industry, it always starts from the brief. That is informed by the insights that we collect from the customers. So when you work at a company like Nike, Adidas, Puma, these sports companies, the athlete always starts with the athlete. What does the athlete need? Nike has a saying, always listen to the voice of the athlete. And that's where we gather our insights. Then once we understand what we need to do, we start to innovate. But we always have to start from the athlete or the customer. It unlocks that perspective that you have and makes you think different.
