Autism Spectrum Disorder - Do You Know the Differences?

Do we know what the differences are between someone on the spectrum, like in how they regard themselves versus someone who's neurotypical? Yeah, I mean, I guess the question is how well can we assess that. Some individuals are very self-aware, aware that they have a disorder and very able to cope with it. And others are, you know, have, you meet a lot of adults with autism who don't even realize they have the disorder because no one in their family ever told them or they never got a diagnosis.
