Robert Garro Sr.

Many murderers are motivated by a twisted desire to reclaim control. Robert Garro was born and raised in the small rural town of Meinville, Upstate New York. His mother Mary reportedly beat him with crowbars, bricks, and heavy stove wood. One of his brothers, Homer, died as an infant.
