When things are calm and I'm in a good place, I think of my mind as kind of like a, like a harbor, like a marina. And it's like a safe place and like the water needs to be really still. And so you just don't let anything come in. Like any, anything with like the gates are closed. You just send it back out. That one I sort of figured out on my, on my own just because, and then when things are calm we talk about that a lot. We tell ourselves lies all the time. They're just our imagination and our brain always telling us lies," she says.
