How Do You Live a Less Fragmented Life?
i've never had the consistency in training, or i've just injured myself and lost a bunch of gains and strength over and over again. My goal right now is to hit a thousand pound power lifting total between bench, squat and dead lift. And i think i'm like 50 pounds away. I suppose we should say that's all we could talk about here. May i think a defragmenter for life is to hire like some sort of drill instructor. Here who comes into your life and he just tells you to quit everything. That doesn't matter. You run the defragment oh, is that, wh is there adefragmenters for life?
