Extreme ultra violet letho raphy is a type of light that can't be reflected by all known mirrors. A s m l needed to invent a new type of mirror to do this, and they also needed a contract with a german company to make this special type of lazer. They only make 50 of these machines per year or so. And at the end of the day, if you want to make the m two, the m three, you know, the a 18 x bionic, whatever it's going to be called, there is no other way to make it than this extreme cutting edge alchemy. It truly is alchemy.
