The Risk of Nuclear War in the Cold War
The risk of nuclear war before a crane is higher now than it was during the cold war. The world has much more experience understanding that nuclear weapons have not yet come to destroy the world, and also that we have stronger norms against using them. "I think this kind of risen ats with alot of workm you might have done," he says.
