Are You a Duty to Warren?
We have a duty to warn, not just to warn, but to protect other human beings society. When we know of danger, and the source of information can come from any source. And if we believe that there is a danger, we are often legally obligated to warn potential victims. That's not the only place where duty to warren applies. We have aduty to warren society, because we have a responsibility to society as we do to patients.
