I think it shouldn't be taboo to talk about the amount of time that you spend together. I know when i went through my first review cycle my new roll at shal be fit, and i was giving feedback,. i ha to my manager, i just wish we had more time together. We do write back and forth, but without that kind of extra time being given. Definitely compliment more with writing around the sides so that theyve continually droop fed interesting information. So bookig more time than you need is allowing tot space for these things to come up. Otherwise you never read get the chancery school again.

James Stanier is the author of “Effective Remote Work” and Director of Engineering at Shopify. James then explained about the concept of treating everyone as remote, which led to the discussion about producing more artifacts and balancing between synchronous and asynchronous working style.
