The Importance of Exploring the Underlying Logical Structure of Language
Wittgenstein was committed to the idea that there are underlying structures. There is a logical form underlying both language and the world, he says. Because of these two structures, in some sense, parallel, explains how it is that propositions can succeed in being pictures of facts if true or possible pictures offacts if false. Russell's theory of descriptions also located in something more general about his contribution to analytic philosophy.
