Is There a Cognitive Cost to Interacting Virtually?

People generate fewer ideas and fewer creative ideas when they're engaging in teo interaction, compared to wintheyre in the same physical space. People look at their partner almost twice as much when they're interacting virtually. And this explains the negative effect on adea generation. When you're more visually focused, you're more cognitly focused. So i think it's valuable to be im person. But there's lots of value to virtual work.
